About the firm

Veteran discipline. Auditor's eye.

Jackson Client Solutions™ exists to answer one question honestly: does this control actually work? We built the firm so that nothing about our business model can bend the answer.

Founder & Principal

Adriana P. Jackson, MBA

U.S. Air Force veteran. Former federal IT specialist. Independent auditor.

Addie spent six and a half years in the Air Force as an F-15 weapons load crew member and NCO, where sign-off meant something: if you certified a load, you inspected the load. She carried that standard into federal service as an IT Specialist at the U.S. Small Business Administration, IT lead at the U.S. Census Bureau, and paralegal specialist at SBA, and into the private sector as a Lean champion and quality coordinator in logistics.

She holds an MBA in IT Management, CompTIA Security+ and ISC2 Certified in Cybersecurity credentials, and has held a Secret clearance. She founded Jackson Client Solutions in Arlington, Texas, where the firm is headquartered today.

Why we only audit

The line we chose to draw.

JCS started as a broader consulting practice: assess the gap, then help close it. It's a common model, and it's a conflicted one. The moment the firm that writes the findings also bills for the fix, every severity rating has a price tag attached, and the client can never be fully sure which side of the ledger the finding came from.

In 2026 we drew the line. Jackson Client Solutions now performs assessments, audits, verification, and training only. We do not remediate, implement, configure, or resell. You remediate with whoever you trust, and we come back to verify. It's a smaller business on paper and a far more valuable one to the people who rely on the report.

Independence isn't a marketing claim here. It's the org chart.

Principles

How we hold ourselves to account.

01

Evidence over opinion

If we can't point to the artifact, the test, or the interview, it isn't a finding. Every rating in our reports traces back to something you can examine yourself.

02

No surprises

You review every finding before it's final. Disagreements are documented in the management response log, not buried or quietly dropped.

03

Plain English

Reports are written for the executive who has ten minutes and the engineer who has ten hours. Both should get what they need without a translator.

04

Say what we won't do

We tell you when a requirement is outside our lane, when a framework isn't the right one for your risk, and when you don't need an audit yet. Then we point you somewhere useful.
