JACKSON CLIENT SOLUTIONS™AUDIT · ASSESS · ADVISE
Warehouses and distribution centers · Dallas–Fort Worth

An independent look at where your floor is losing accuracy, time, and money.

JCS assesses inventory accuracy and warehouse operations for 3PLs, 4PLs, manufacturers, and distributors. We find and measure the problems. Your team fixes them.

  • Service-disabled veteran-owned
  • Former DC Lean Champion & internal auditor
  • No software, equipment, or labor sold
The problem

The KPI board says one thing. The floor says another.

Most sites know they're losing money somewhere. The hard part is knowing where, how much, and which problem to work on first, while you're busy running the building.

Inventory accuracy

The system count and the shelf don't match, and you find out from a cycle count or a customer.

Picks and damages

Mis-picks, damages, and chargebacks that add up quietly, shift after shift.

Labor and turnover

Overtime and turnover that point to a process problem, not just a people problem.

Process drift

SOPs on paper that no longer match how the work is actually done on the floor.

How it works

Start with a free walk. Go deeper only if it makes sense.

01 · Free

Floor walk

90 minutes on your floor with you or your operations manager. At the end, a short spoken debrief: three things we noticed.

No written report, no obligation.

02 · Paid

Operations Assessment

2 to 3 days on site.

  • Sample-based inventory audit against your system records
  • Process observation, receiving through shipping
  • Review of your KPIs and operating data
  • Written report with findings measured and ranked by impact
03 · Optional

Follow-up verification

A quarterly re-check of accuracy and progress, so you can see what changed and show your own customers the numbers.

Who this is for

Sites with a floor and inventory on it.

  • 3PLs and 4PLs
  • Manufacturers running their own distribution centers
  • Wholesale distributors and e-commerce fulfillment
  • Brands that store inventory with a 3PL and want an independent check
  • Public warehouses, central supply, and contractors holding government property
What we don't do

We assess. Your team implements.

  • Sell software, equipment, or labor
  • Run your building or manage your staff
  • Fix the problems we find

That last one is on purpose. When the people assessing your operation are also selling you the fix, it's hard to trust the findings.

Questions

Before you book a walk.

What do I need to do to prepare for the floor walk?

Nothing special. Have someone who knows the floor walk with us, ideally the person who makes decisions for the site. Normal operations are best, so we see how the work really happens.

Will you disrupt operations?

No. We observe and ask questions. We don't stop work, move product, or touch equipment. For the assessment, count verification is scheduled with your team around your operation.

Will you tell us how much we'll save?

No one can honestly promise that before looking. The assessment measures what each problem is costing you today, based on your own data and what we observe on site. What you do with the findings is up to your team.

Is our information kept confidential?

Yes. Every engagement has a written agreement that covers confidentiality. Case studies are shared only with your permission.

Do you work outside Dallas–Fort Worth?

Free floor walks are in Dallas–Fort Worth only. Assessments outside the area are available, with travel quoted separately.
